Let's set the analytics aside for a moment and get to the crux of the matter for this weekend's NFL championship match-up: Ravens or 49ers, Jim or John? 

I haven't followed either team, but I'll be cheering the 49ers on only because of Jim Harbaugh's history as onetime QB of my hometown team, the Chicago Bears. (Of course, that distinction might lead many a Chicago fan to cheer for the Ravens.) 

What about you? Which side are you on in the SuperBowl/SuperBaugh madness? And what's your reason why? Anybody have a sound, data-driven reason to favor one team over the other?
