Business futurist Robert Tercek says in his upcoming book Vaporized: Solid Strategies for Success in a Dematerialized World, "Digital technology will transform every sector and economic system on the planet in almost unimaginable ways."
Big data analytics are at the core of the transformation, and in many cases analytics is the means to succeed throughout that transformation. Tercek, who has provided strategic insight to Turner Broadcasting, PBS, and other digital firms, will join All Analytics Radio on Tuesday, August 18, at 2 pm EDT to discuss the role of analytics in the digital transformation.
In his book, due for release in September, Tercek explores the role that big data is playing, and how it can be an asset or a liability, how companies can optimize the use of apps, and how the Internet of Things will impact consumers.
In this show you also will learn about:
- A revolution in retail
- Which jobs are unlikely to be replace by robots
- How companies must define their proprietary data as an asset, and utilize it
