It just shows how powerful the evolution of brand relationships have been through big data. Customers today must be well informed.

Interesting interview that dispelled some of my own misconceptions about Gilt Groupe. I didn't realize it attracted such a broad base of customers. Nice how analytics are supporting the effort to reach them
