@Joe that's the crux of analytics: one man's creepy is another's tailored marketing.

It's weird.  Over the past couple of years, more than once, I've thought about or even conversed about, without any WWW interaction whatsoever, purchasing a particular product or service, and then later that day or the next day been delivered an online ad for that very thing I was considering purchasing.

Creepy.

Terry I was referring to prices we are seeing as consumers both online and off .
Does analytics is making pricing more intelligent or more reactionary?

I'm not clear about what kind of pricing you're inquiring about, Maryam. Gifts? Other consumer goods? Analytics packages? Please say more, and thanks in advance!

One clear impact is that the ads I used to see only on Facebook are now showing up on other sites I use and visit.

So hurray for targeted ad selling and positioning. But it makes me want to take one of those Karen Silkwood showers and never use the Internet again.
