@Tomsq    I agree.  When your product is analytical services, it is best to educate your potential client based on just why they need analytics and thus your service and tools.

I think the SAS approach of teaching rather than selling will prove to be more effective in the long run.There is so much that is just not understood about big data and there are so many myths that learning will foster implementation which in turn will mean more sales. I think they get Kudos for an intelligent approach.
