Doing more with less is always a great skill to have it helps use budgets efficiently an can promote investment in long-term initiatives. So many times budgets are spent without thinking strategically the best way to spend them, So many times at the end of the fiscal year we hear use it or lose it. That rule is antiquated and wastes money, often yielding questionable ROI.

Doing more with less should be an interesting twist, that is assuming the "less" that we look at is correlating well with pursuing and achieving our goals in the real world. Depending on what's relevant and luck is with us that might make for some efficiency in decision making.
